Mooching around the workshop at work this afternoon I came across this little tub of tiny screws.

Back to the spot I was at last Friday, this time looking in the opposite direction at the bridge.

A small group of hardy Bishop Stortford Camera Club members braved the inclement weather and visited Hatfield Forest for the last of the summer programme get togethers. It was cool and pretty blowy…but the clouds did eventually start to break up for the first time of the day.

We tried for ages this morning to get this set of items photographed for an auction my wife is doing with a couple of Etsy friends. The weather wasn’t favourable (chucking it down) so we tried to use a couple of flashes to light the items. This worked well, but

No idea what sort of flower this is…I assume some sot of daisy…but who knows. Found in Rowney Woods this afternoon.

I’ve heard regular trains rushing past somewhere nearby since I started work here a month or so ago. I had no idea where the rail track was. I took a walk at lunchtime across to a bridge I drive over every morning expecting to find the River Stour…so I was

Bishops Stortford Camera Club made their way to Epping Forest and a bridge over the M11 that gives a view of the Canary Wharf skyline in London. The cars very kindly lit up the M11 to London sign which definitely worked in my favour.
