I visited a couple of Cathedrals today – Peterborough and Ely. Both are very impressive buildings and are well worth a visit. Ely Cathedral had this very impressive Christmas tree with a nativity in front of it. I think this sums up Christmas quite nicely – don’t you?

The Starr Restaurant (where Jamie Oliver apparently once worked) in Great Dunmow always has a fine Christmas Tree outside and this year was no exception. Hope you all have a great Christmas.
Work is over for another year as we look forward to Christmas. Office parties have been successfully negotiated without too much embarrassment and we are settling in for a week and a half of over eating and drinking. Maybe we’ll get out and about, maybe we won’t, but we’ll certainly
