You may recall my little hints of pictures to come here and here. Well the judging was completed yesterday and I came 3rd in our creative competition (18/20) with a similar image to this one (see below for the actual judged images with an as entered version of the image and then a revised version after the judges comments (which I agreed with).

The lead image today was one I knocked up this evening having learnt various things from creating the cube version.

I enjoyed doing this but have been left slightly disastisfied that no one noticed the black and white part of the image showing how the orange (or cube) is being drained of its colour as it is sprayed…perhaps I need to be less subtle.
