165/366 Rye Meads Nature Reserve

The sun made a rare appearance this morning…but as the morning progressed more and more cloud appeared so, fearing the worst, I popped out at lunchtime and drove down to Rye Meads Nature Reserve just the other side of Roydon.

It’s a funny place positioned as it is bang in the middle of a quite industrial area but teaming with birds and other wildlife…I really need a longer lens!
