Another time-lapse, this time of this afternoon’s clouds as they moved over Great Dunmow.
Some glorious weather around at the moment and the early morning walk is featuring a lot of blue sky. Here’s one of the Pill boxes on my route that is rapidly disappearing under all the summer growth.
…it’s like watching paint dry! Another experiment – my 2nd ever time lapse…a few things to do differently, but an interesting start – 900 images packed into this 37 second video.
Some more experimentation – this is an in camera double exposure – what you are seeing here is the view I could see with the ground immediately below me exposed over the top. This hasn’t come out as well as I’d hoped – the grain of the footpath is too

It’s turning into a bit of an experimental period. Today I dug out my old lens baby and had another go at getting something of interest out of this peculiar lens. I’ve definitely not mastered it!
I regularly see a lot of rabbits on my morning walks around Dunmow. Today, I had my infra-red camera with me so wondered what a rabbit would look like…wonder no more – I like how the eye has come out particularly.
