I went super macro today and got silly close to a few things in the garden. I liked the colours in this abstract shot of the honeysuckle, I then worked my way around the garden, I particularly like the stinging nettles…I will revisit these before Debbie rips them out.

Dashing back from a meeting I revisited the old gatehouse just off the A120 as you enter Great Dunmow. This brick archway gatehouse (C17, remodelled in the C18, listed grade II) survives on the southern boundary of the Little Easton Manor site. It continues to deteriorate, despite its listed status.
