Something a bit different for today’s photograph. This came out of my 365 Project and is a macro photograph of the foil from a strip of tablets.

I’m saying nothing more about this, other than, it was taken on my Samsung Galaxy S2 😉

Let’s pop back to Parndon Mill and have a look at the mill itself. This now houses an art gallery, a pottery gallery, photographers studio and many other interesting businesses.

I’ve been humming this old Jam song all evening so it only seemed right that I should take this shot. The pills are for a nasty infection I picked up in the quick on one of my fingers – I don’t recommend it – very painful!

When I visited Hanningfield Reservoir I was really there to see the birds, although I was under no illusion that my meagre 200mm lens was not going to be long enough to catch the birds, especially as the reservoir is so low – you can’t get anywhere near the edge

Somewhere new for me today. I travelled south past Chelmsford and on towards Southend. My initial plan was to go to Battlesbridge. I did go there, walked around and left disappointed. It probably didn’t help that it was overcast but what a dreary place! So, I headed back and saw

This little chap was roaming around Hanningfield Reservoir today. Many people think they are pests but I always enjoy seeing them – they do get everywhere though – you can see this picture of a squirrel that I took right in the middle of London earlier this year. This chap
