We took a long walk across The Rodings in Essex today. This is a mainly arable farming area but has some nice woods and the Roding River to break the monotony. This picture pretty much sums up the weather all afternoon…heavy ominous cloud cover. Still it didn’t rain on us

We’ve had this electronic keyboard for about 14 years now. It got used for about 6 months and then was put on top of the wardrobe…not so much forgotten, but never used. I have in mind a specific photograph for this which will no doubt appear in due course, but
Whilst this is an out-take from my 365 project, this was actually my favourite shot of the bunch.
I noticed the very distinct dual colour of this apple a few days ago and deliberately saved it for a photograph. If I’m honest I actually prefer a close up picture of the apple I did, but this was the picture I specifically wanted to take…so here you go 😉
I really can’t decide whether I like this shot or not. The reason the modern building is of interest to me is that I used to work in it some years ago.
Whilst not the greatest light here, this looks, to me at least, like the trees are closing in on me in a quite sinister manner…
