Went to the Gatwick Aviation Museum today – what a fantastic place. The visit was organised by Tip Squirell and a group of 10 or so photographers arrived at 11.00 to take over this great outdoor museum. Over the next few days we’ll feature a number of the exhibits. Today,

So after last nights swimming in the gutter Anarchy duck came down with the sniffels so my wife made him this lovely beret. (And yes, that is “Anarchy Duck” in French – thanks to Google translate!)
…he’s as Punk as Duck! Have you ever tried photographing your rubber duck on a reasonably busy street in the middle of the night in the pouring rain? People think you’re nuts!
The sun made a brief appearance just after I got home from work so I dived into the back garden and caught this pretty pink flower that my wife reliably informs me is a weed 😉
So I tried my hand at a bit of light painting this evening and, amongst many others, came up with this:
This is right at the entrance to Rowney Woods proper before you come to the first Y junction when you have to make a decision. After a few visits where we haven’t seen any (mammal) wildlife in the woods we saw a large hare and a muntjac deer this week.
