I know, I know, all very poor, but with one thing and another I’ve just not had time to post to both my blogs recently. So there will be a run of posts now on here for at least a week, possibly 2 and then we’ll see where we are.

You may recall earlier in this project a couple of photographs of a foxglove growing in my garden. Well, this is the same foxglove today, it’s definitely gone to seed 😉

3 days on the trot – and 3 different windmills. This one lost it’s sails in 2010. I’ve had to switch back to Photomatix because Nik HDR Efex Pro 2 seems to be having real issues with wide ranges of exposure.

I went out today with all 3 extension rings attached to my camera and the 105mm macro lens to go for really small stuff. Whilst this spider isn’t particularly small I was looking to capture the web, more than the actual spider and I was delighted with the results. The

We visited the Imperial War Museum at Duxford today – well worth a visit if you get the chance and you enjoy aircraft. This is a shot of a MkIIB Hurricane that was recovered from a crash site in Russia. More Hurricanes flew in the Battle of Britain than Spitfires
