These bullocks were certainly interested to know what we were doing crossing their field by the River Pant at Little Bardfield

I caught this photograph of a hoverfly feeding on nectar down by the River Pant between Great and Little Bardfield
I spent 20 minutes sitting on a bench on Doctors Pond in Great Dunmow one Saturday evening. Just enjoying the warm summer peace that you get here…sometimes. I spotted the ducks flying in a caught this shot of them as they came into land on the pond.
If you walk through Rowney Woods in Essex and you take the right path you will come across this lovely farmhouse with a fabulous pond.
