020-365v5 – A Wild Adventure

Jess and I had a little adventure this morning when we decided to follow the course of the Harden Burn which flows through the bottom of our garden.

The terrain was pretty rough, especially for Jess whose shorter legs meant she had to bound over the bracken rather than walk. She got pretty tired, which we don’t see very often. We also climbed fairly steep banks of the valley where we couldn’t walk along the river because of (a lot of) fallen trees.

We enjoyed our walk and Jess still had enough left to chase her ball around the garden when we got back! She did have a good snooze before going out in the afternoon for her 3 mile walk around Newcastleton with Debbie!
