This sort of thing tends to give your age away, but we have been taking Vitamin D supplements for a few years now and, apparently it’s good for fighting acute respiratory tract infection…or so I’d heard. The Lancet isn’t so sure about that. Still, it’s not gonna hurt now, is it. Anyway, living in Blighty it’s hard enough to get enough sun, so I’m sticking with the program 😉
I’ve been playing with my flash over the weekend so it was a good excuse to use it again today. Before the weekend I hadn’t used it (except for a bit of light painting) for ages and it took a little bit of twiddling around to get things working again, still, this came out OK – it won’t win any advertising contracts, but it’s fine.
