We took one of our regular walks through Rowney Woods today and I spotted this (to me) slightly unusual thistle. It was the spider/eyelash effect under the purple flower that caught my eye…Turns out this is not a thistle but Black Knapweed.
Having some fun in Photoshop turned this into “Kaliedothistle”!
