Bishop’s Stortford Camera Club Summer Program tonight….which meant I showed off the new D800 and lenses to anyone who cared to listen 😉
We met at Hatfield Forest in light showers and walked the 800 metres to the main lake to be greeted with a downpour. Fortunately, being in a forest, there were plenty of trees to shelter under. Whilst not much photography was accomplished we had a good chat about all things photography and spent some time taking portrait shots of each other…always a sign of desperation 😉
So I fired off 3 brackets to get this shot of the lake as the rain rolled in.
