174-365v4 Coriander Flowers

You may recall, I photographed our coriander a few days ago and I knew I wanted to return to it after it had flowered, so here we are.

I’m not a gardener so had no clue that coriander flowered like this and shooting down with the Nikon 105mm macro lens allows you to fill the background with this lovely soft green colour of the leaves (that we are all so familiar with) below. These are really quite tiny flowers and I wasn’t helped by the quite strong breeze that kept ruffeling the plant.

I’m delighted to day that we ate more of our own coriander leaves with our dinner this evening.
