Popped out for a quick march around part of Alton Water this lunchtime and came across this fallen tree on the edge of the reservoir.
I drove out to the outskirts of Cambridge this afternoon to have a look at the imposing wind farm at Wadlow Farm. It’s impressive as you drive past it on the A11…but it takes some getting to as I found out – more shots to follow but this shot at
The parent company of the company I work for sponsors the Lowestoft & Yarmouth Rugby Union Football Club and I was invited to have some lunch and watch them take on Old Brentwoods in the London 3 North East…it was an entertaining game that Lowestoft & Yarmouth won comfortably 27 : 10

This Great Crested Grebe (Podiceps cristatus) on Alton Water had just caught his fish supper when he spotted me and headed off in the opposite direction.
Looking for perspective shots for my current photography course I looked up during our walk around Rowney Woods and saw what I thought were lots of birds nests in the tree. On closer inspection they were actually dead leaves that had been trapped in twigs that were growing vertically on
We had an extensive product shoot today – lots of my wife’s new projects needed to be photographed. We took some of the shots in the garden and whilst I was waiting for the next shot to be ready I saw this Wagtail on our roof.
