Another lovely sunrise down Water Lane, this time in a panorama format.

One of our squirrels visiting the nut pantry on our garden wall. You always know when they are visiting as the lid makes a very distinctive “Boink!” noise when it closes.

There must have been a bit of a breeze overnight as all the fallen leaves were lined up in a very ordered fashion on Doctor’s Pond this morning!

A duller morning you couldn’t have wished for so, out came the sky replacement filter in photoshop and a much more interesting image was produced.

Not the most imaginative shot, but useful to have a record shot of this picture on our wall.

Always good to see the moon first thing in the morning, you can usually get a decent exposure easily because the contrast between the brightness of the sky and the moon is a lot lower than during the night.

We had a large bag of pebbles left over from some garden display we had some years ago which I came across today. They make rather nice abstract textures and have some lovely colours and patterns throughout which made a nice macro study.
