I spent the day in London on the London Photowalk. We walked around Battersea Park, but, the star of the show was the iconic derelict power station.
I’m going on the London Photowalk tomorrow so here’s a shot I took last November on a walk around the Tower Bridge area.

The cleaning of bits and pieces continued today. I thought it was about time to polish up my Christening Rings that sit on a shelf on the landing. My intention was to give you a before and after picture but two things happened. Firstly, I just really like the tarnished

I found the crystal tucked away on a shelf and it needed a good clean so I got a photo and earned some brownie points from the wife 😉
So, its back to a grey out again today…no sign of the sun after our little burst of spring over the last 2 days. Here’s another one from my lunchtime stroll yesterday of the River Stort.
Taken on the River Stort at Roydon near Harlow, you have to wonder how long this tree will last.

Down the river from yesterdays photograph is Roydon which is where I nipped out at lunchtime today to capture this HDR photograph. We seem to have run into Summer again – I saw my first butterfly of the year here as well.
This is Parndon Lock on the River Stort in Harlow this evening. The sun finally made an appearance so I dashed down here after work to catch the sunset.

On the edge of Rowney Woods is this structure which, I assume, is for pheasant shooters.
