Today we spent mostly in the garden. The morning was really lovely weather and we had planned on doing some work in the garden. We had an early lunch, gathered the required tools, stepped outside…and the heaven’s opemed…according to the BBC weather app we had a 4% chance of rain…it rained for about an hour…hard!

So, we started work a little later than planned, but the sun came out again and dried up all the water amd I attached a coupel of trellises to our garden walls whilst Debbie planted up a load of palnts we bought from the garden centre yesterday…in the pouring rain (in fairness to the BBC the chance of rain yesterday morning was 97% !)

Once we had finished our work I had a brief sit down in the garden and caught this starling on next doors chimney pots having a good old sing-song.
