159-365v5 – Nature Watches Over Its Fallen

A similar shot to Friday’s image, but this time using the fisheye lens to achieve the bend in the trees to produce the effect of them bending over to create a shield. I was fortunate to find the sheep’s skull whilst I was looking for the right stand of trees…not so lucky for the poor sheep of course.

This was a shot for the 52frames challenge of “Use The Wrong Lens”. You wouldn’t normally use a fisheye lens for a landscape shot, although, it creates a pretty pleasing image when shot “straight” as in Fridays image or “bent” as in today’s shot.
