The Countess of Warwick’s Country Show was held in Little Easton over the bank holiday weekend. After the ridiculously early start on the bank holiday Monday I had plenty of time to wander up to see what was going on. The place was absolutely packed with the large car park almost full when I arrived around an hour after its official start.
I had seen on the internet that a 1918 Le Rhone Rotary engine engine was going to be run which sounded interesting. Since its restoration the engine has been used in a Sopwith Dove.
It took some getting going!
