Pictures you see of Doctors Pond are usually taken from the North Street end of the pond looking towards Star Lane and the tennis courts, and that’s fair enough it’s an obviously attractive picture. This picture, on the other hand, is taken from the Rosemary Lane side looking towards Dunmow town itself.
You can see the Tea Tree cafe – the green building on the left, right on the Pond, the small white clock – centre right is The Starr Restaurant and the little Bell Tower immediately behind this is the old Town Hall building.
