We spent an amused 5 minutes at lunchtime watching this magpie deal with a monkey nut that had been left out for his arch nemesis the crow. S/He clearly knew that there was something good inside and basically used a woodpecker approach to break into the shell to get the nut out which he then flew away with to enjoy in peace.
