Continuing our walk around Regents Park on the London Photo Walk this weekend we were taken a little off the beaten track and visited the St John’s Lodge Gardens. These gardens were created as a place ‘fit for meditation’ and they certainly fulfil that brief – a really peaceful oasis away from the bustle of the main Regents Park areas.
In these gardens is this statue – The Awakening by Wuts Safardiar commemorating Anne Lydia Evans (1929-99).
