We’ll step away from the usual format today and have a look at the pudding we had with our tea tonight. Figs with Muscovado Sugar and a nob of butter with a side order of vanilla ice cream – Green and Blacks – Delicious!
I don’t think my wife was all that pleased to have me and my tripod poking around our kitchen following her every move. When they came out of the oven (moderate oven, 25 minutes) she was particularly concerned that I didn’t pick the pot of goodness up to reposition for optimum photography – believe me, I needed telling!
She was particularly anxious as the vanilla ice cream was rapidly melting, I was particularly anxious as I wanted to eat it 😉
I’ve booked the coronary for later tonight!
