Photography teachers always tell you that there are 2 times in the day that have the best light for photography – sunrise and sunset. I’ve made many excuses for not being our at both these times – too early, too late, it’s dinner time etc etc. When I do get out there at the golden hour then I am reminded why I should make that extra effort.

Here’s an HDR of the windmill at Aythorpe Roding from Saturday evening.
