You know, there’s not many things nicer than getting home on a Friday night and settling down with a nice, ice cold, gin and tonic…very relaxing.

A week or so ago we had snow and today summer arrived! I popped out at lunch time and drove to Roydon to take a stroll along the river Stort. I was surprised to read my car temperature gauge at 17.5°. Walking back to the car later on a was

I was sitting at my desk wondering what I could use for today’s photograph and I noticed this old packet of Lockets. I haven’t got a cold, and long may that continue, but it at least gave me something to work with on a slow creativity day.

I never have any spare time on Tuesday’s, so if I haven’t been able to nip out at lunchtime I’m always rushing around trying to find something to photograph when I get in at about 10.30 in the evening. Today was no different – so here’s my supper 😉 I

It absolutely chucked it down this afternoon and this was the view out of our bathroom window after the storm had moved past – apparently we have clear skies and a frost tonight… You can see the sunset over Doctors Pond here.

I worked from home today and built myself a couple of very nice chicken salad sandwiches, with tomatoes. They filled a gap 😉

This is my bass amp – a 15w Fender Rumble – the times of needing a 100w monster are, sadly, long gone – but this does me nicely for keeping my eye in.
