We took a walk we have done a few times before around Rickling Green today. Despite all the dire warnings of horrendous weather we managed to avoid the rain until the drive home.
There were 2 quite magnificent weeping willow trees around Doctors Pond a few years ago. Then, this one was (possibly for good reason) cut right back to the trunk…it’s clearly a fighter though and it’s definitely making a come back.
