064-365v5 – Chucking It Down!

It poured for most of today – that rain that runs horizontally across the ground in clouds of rain. Except for a very wet dog walk early in the morning I was sat at my computer for much of the day and took this shot (well, it’s actually 3 shots merged as a multiple exposure) through the window looking out onto the tree in the field opposite.

I had tried to photograph the rain as it moved across the field, but this struck me as a more interesting image.

The day was improved greatly when our next door neighbour popped around armed with a large Pavlova. We had a slice after dinner and it was delicious!
