This mornings walk was nicely timed between showers and I had a very pleasant walk around this part of Dunmow.
I’ve been doing this walk for many years and whilst house building work has taken up some of the fields (and a pub I used to frequent) on my walk not much else has changed. So, it’s always a pleasant surprise when you take/see a new composition which is what today’s photograph is all about.
The private road (which is also a bridleway) that takes you from the B184 across to Bigods Lane was tarmaced quite some years ago and has started to show signs of deterioration meaning we now get puddles where previously there were none.
So today’s shot was a case of getting low down and shooting back towards my favourite tree. I had my super wide 10-18mm (15mm to 27mm equivalent) f4 Sony lens on my Alpha 6000 and this shot was taken at 15mm (22.5mm equivalent)…and if that means nothing to you…I don’t blame you 😉
