We went for our healthy daily exercise (see what I did there) to Widdington, a really lovely village near Saffron Walden without any real clue as to how I was going to get a picture that said healthy. Best I could do was this jogger who hoved into view.
We did see a young army guy (presumably from the nearby Carver Barracks) runing with an enormous back pack weighing him down, he was bent nearly double but was making good speed. I decided not to add to his burdon and didn’t photograph his efforts.
