A last minute decision to troop into London on Saturday wasn’t quite as successful as I’d hoped due to a heavy fog that took forever to lift…and then still lingered as quite a heavy haze. This wasn’t totally the end of the world, but did mean that I had to rely on black and white conversions rather more than I had hoped. So, I spent the day on the South side of the river Thames mooching about via the London Docklands Light Railway, which is a really excellent service for the docklands area.

Emerging From The Gloom v2

As you will agree…pretty murky. This is a spot I have wanted to find for a while though so I will be revisiting in the not too distant future to hopefully get something a little more colourful.

Moving on I also found the bridge into Poplar DLR that I have wanted to shoot for a while…so you get 2 versions with slightly different processing, one with and one without people. Let me know your preference in the comments.
