A quick look back at my favourite tree on my morning walk.
The poppies on the roadside along my morning walk are still going strong – you can earlier shots of them here and here. Bearing in mind when I’ve seen Poppyfields in the past they haven’t lasted that long, I’ve been pretty impressed with the longevity of these.

Yes, it’s that tree again, but I haven’t shared a picture of it for nearly 3 months, becasue it doesn’t look very good with leaves on it! The beauty of this tree are all the capillary like branches it has reaching to the sky – the leaves hide that too
My usual route on my morning walk and this scene had the addition of a large flock of sheep who have joined the usual bullocks that call this meadow home…along with a pair of grey heron the medow is starting to get quite crowded. Of course, there’s my favourite tree
